No way around those that I'm aware of....They do make some new units that don't need a duct to dry clothes , called ventless dryers, check those out....

Although I agree that ideally you'd like to be increasing rents annually as allowed, and charging the market rate... but if I have good tenants, who are going above and beyond what I expect from them, I'm not increasing their rent to make a few extra bucks per month if I'm already cash flowing nicely and they're making my life easier by not bothering me with little things... my time is more valuable than that.My point is, although this is a business, and you want to make it cut & dry, and remove all emotion... the reality is emotion does get involved, and keeping each other happy goes a long way...

For claims like car crashes, its pretty cut and dry (they pay for full repairs), as are many smaller claims, but on these claims that require a general contractor, your claim will be underpaid every time because the insurance company knows you don't know any better that their estimate is just a starting point.

.- dry team bill was sent directly to the insurance- insurance adjuster said that they will send me a check , that will cover for the floors and a cabinet repair.- tenant went to hotel for a day and now moved out of the house until we fix it.Questions:1. loss of rent - is this covered in my insurance?
