Hi everyone,i am looking at purchasing a newly constructed duplex in Concord CA, but i am not sure how to valuate it... its off market deal and the seller told me to  make him a reasonable offer.

If you can find something in your own local market that would be where you should start but like many CA investors you might have to look outside your market for investment opportunities that will help you to meet your goals.
