Even Duane here if someone turned him in or filed a complaint against him he would have a hard time arguing he is doing what he is doing legally since he admitted in writing on this BP thread that he is taking fee's without being licensed. 

In court you would argue they have violated the terms of agreement and are causing you damage and the remedy is for them to vacate the property.
