I'm living in the Denver area and as we enter the winter season (my first full winter season here), I'm curious if there are typically more construction delays during this time of year?

We have no clue what we're doing but we're excited to dive in and get working.Hope everyone had a lovely holiday season!

WASHINGTON STATE:EIGHT months into tenancy, these 19 year old kids (winter tenant, hard to find tenants during the winter and they checked the boxes for credit and income) had complaints from neighbors about loud music, trashed part of the carpet, over grown lawn, unpaid water bills, and now their friend took apart the drain of a sink in the bathroom to try to fix a clog and mucked it up putting it back together.

Hey I’m headed to Myrtle beach to look at real estate with the girl plus visit my dad for thanksgiving in Dunn, NC. If anybody has a cheap rental around then she wants to go walk all day on beach because we can’t here...

My agent and I tried to get the seller to agree to delivering the property vacant but they wouldn't do it saying:1) holidays coming 2) COVID is happening so they want to the tenants to be ok 3) the tenants have been living there for a decade+ so the seller thinks of them as family and doesn't want to ask them to leave 4) what if the deal doesn't go through and they are left with an empty property.

Indeed, many Americans have been buying in the Riviera Maya to have a property to spend the winter there in case of a new lockdown.

My last option is to try and sell it, but I'm not sure how lucky I would be doing that during holiday season and before January which is when my term expires.
