Terminating Lease Connecticut

Wondering if anyone can help me out here. I am renting an apartment in Connecticut and am relocating to Florida for work (existing employer) at the end of November. I currently have 3 months left in my lease (Ends January 31) and am wondering if anyone is familiar with Connecticut law and knows if I can break the lease without having to pay out the rest of the lease or termination fees.

Thanks in advance!

Usually, you are responsible to fulfill the lease, so you would need to pay it all out. The landlord is supposed be trying to rent the place out and only charge you the rent for the months where there wasn't a new tenant.  Talk to your landlord and explain the situation and maybe he or she would be OK with letting you out early. You could clean the place up and help with the showings.
