@Andrew TupperYeah I’d have someone check that the framing and foundationI was looking at a ~600sf attic conversion but couldn’t do it as spacing of the framing and foundation stem wall height weren’t up to code - need to meet live loads and dead loads reqs for the new space

@Amanda JarrettWithout the user (the agent) notifying you, or the MLS having a built in email to you there is no way to automate it.Perhaps you could just load up all their listings in a browser that opens with a bunch of saved tabs to see all their mls listings then have a VA go through a mark down the changes they see of pending, etc and take action from there

Wordpress is complex and the learning curve can be steep if you're not familiar with it.Carrot is a technically sound build, it loads quickly, and allows you to design high-converting pages without having to learn CSS and HTML.

We used to use Cozy for this- yes, it's still a third party and the potential tenants have to go online and fill out the application, but we get results almost instantly and don't have to process or review loads of paperwork.
