You should just expect long term to be more money, but that doesn't mean they are not being wasteful. 

@Amanda JarrettWithout the user (the agent) notifying you, or the MLS having a built in email to you there is no way to automate it.Perhaps you could just load up all their listings in a browser that opens with a bunch of saved tabs to see all their mls listings then have a VA go through a mark down the changes they see of pending, etc and take action from there

Wordpress is complex and the learning curve can be steep if you're not familiar with it.Carrot is a technically sound build, it loads quickly, and allows you to design high-converting pages without having to learn CSS and HTML. 

That just sounds like a load of BS wrapped in golden package.You really need to try it on your own, figure it out.

This will also help steer away from people who would just be a waste of your time as they know they would not qualify as a tenant of your property.BiggerPockets has recommended screening companies on the landlord resources tab. 

We used to use Cozy for this- yes, it's still a third party and the potential tenants have to go online and fill out the application, but we get results almost instantly and don't have to process or review loads of paperwork.

I see loads of opportunities to implement the BRRR strategy and I'd like to start building my network of contractors and hard money lenders that are already from the area before I make a final decision.

Don't wan to be dealing with 15 walkthrough appointments when we all know 90% are wasting your time.
