They have almost always have no clue what they are even talking about .

The thing is, the other side usually has no clue about the mistake......and usually feels good about the whole thing without ever realizing how much money they missed out on.This is one recent example. 

The clue I had in 15 was that inventory started to climb. 

Account Closed, I appreciate your taking the time to respond and especially for the chart, but of course I have to strongly disagree with your statement of "anyone recommending SFR's over multi-unit properties doesn't have a clue and most-likely never owned multi-unit properties" is patently untrue, and well as conceited beyond what you have a right to be. 

I definitely am looking to build mutually beneficial relationships, but just like some rei deals, the roi may take a little while.I'm a smart person, but I know that doesn't pay bills, taking action does, I'm just saying I'm willing to learn.If anyway out there in the Atlanta area are interested, or know of any rei networking events please clue me in. thanks for your help too as always.

My parents have no clue what buyers are looking for and have already painted portions of the house horrendous colors.
