Anyone in West Palm Beach or Lakeworth have some local knowledge and want to meet up tomorrow?

I am coming up on my one year anniversary tomorrow.

SO....I will contact the law office that I closed with tomorrow to see what can be done if anything, but shouldnt ther be a stipulation about this in the papers somewhere about the property needs to be same condition as the showing?  

I am starting the process of my LLC this Monday and am planning on speaking with a broker tomorrow to discuss some sort of partnership in which I could be a licensed agent under him and use my license to access MLS for my own business.

I guess I could see it if I was doing property mgmt. as my main career and wanted that on my business cards....Otherwise I'm not sure it would change what I did tomorrow if all of a sudden I had it.

Good Afternoon,Seeking advise on how to handle a tenant who was supposed to move in tomorrow and has already paid the security deposit, but is now asking to break the lease.

There is a meet up tomorrow in downtown Olympia at rambling Jack's.

It's confusing on the site, will probably need to wait until tomorrow to ask someone where to locate it.

I'm going to be there tomorrow for Thanksgiving.
