It's a 15-20 minute drive to UW without traffic, and 30-35 minutes with traffic (in my experience when I was a student there last year).We're looking to price it somewhere around $300k.  

I have a great job on campus and she manages the Ventana Student Housing here by Krispy Kreme.

I think the domestic education standards are fairly much a bad joke but perfect for lazy teachers with no student standards.

Due to some decisions I didn't fully understand at the time, I'm bleeding out from student loans, around 80k.

I think the deal can support student housing but just need to double check.

Half of my student loan debt is around 4% interest and the other half is around 8%.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing.
