There is nearly an unlimited amount of content on the site. 

I've been looking on the big common sites like Century 21 and Zillow, but I'm only finding individual units in Townhouses and such. 

Any sites BP crew can recommend? 

I come with a different set of skills and experience, which is still related to what most folks on this site are doing yet it is still different. 

Print your flyer....take it to all the investment clubs....put it on Craigslist and all the other fsbo sites....and if you really want to open the market....get a realtor to put it on the MLS for you.   

I have a taxpayer that wants to redeem basically I have cut the grass a couple of times and sprayed the yard with Permethrin poison to kill the fleas and roaches and ants and other bugs and have cleaned up the property extensively because there was trash everywhere and it was kind of overgrown how do I charge for this if I'm charging for the value and not the cost

Google and other sites have keyword generators or suggestions, but I just can't find what I feel I'm missing.

Clean up your credit. 

When a target property surfaces, be prepared to act on it within HOURS not days.Be prepared to show a solid proof of funds (not a print-it-yourself POF from a hard money site) and to submit a reasonable offer (most likely 97%+ of asking price).And if you have a good agent, you'll get that property under contract and start you due diligence.
