I am very new to the game but from what I have seen that is decent numbers. 

If turnkeys get you in the game then fantastic - it's still the best game in the world in my opinion.

If you are buying turn key than debt service coverage is the whole game.

Is the house hacking strategy the best way to get involved or what other ways can I start to get into the game.
