I got an e-mail the other day of a company that will provide software so that you could submit 200 offers in 5 minutes (I went back and found the e-mail to be exact).In the wrong hands something like that could shut down the real estate industry with offers,,,,,,

You will ruin your relationship with them and some cities have the ability to shut off your water service if you run afoul of their permit/zoning process and just tell them to pound sand.

While shutting down some businesses and social distancing has no doubt reduced transmission, slowed the progression, and reduced the number of lives lost, the second and third order effects of all the shutdowns and isolation is taking many more lives from things such as suicide, drug overdose, alcohol abuse, delayed testing/treatment for other life-threatening conditions etc.
