So that's your leverage to get them to at least provide one circuit that can accommodate the appliance.BUT..... the LL can always come back with not allowing a portable dishwasher since there a serious concerns about potential damage if its not used correctly or has issues that lead to major damage.

I've been very fortunate to structure deals that the capital was provided in various different ways on over 400 units.  

I don't contribute anything to this website other than the posts i made about the person charging me.So now I get to go up against someone that has a million dollar lawyer while all I'd be able to afford was a free public defender.I am absolutely having a break down due to this websites inability to care about what their inactions do to people...agreeing to their terms of service when we make our accounts shouldnt give them the right to hold onto all the media if it creates massive problems for us.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

Often times even if its a single family home or a multi with separated utilities there are some utilities provided by local government.

Explain the potential damage and costs involved with the water running continuously and put it in writing letting him know that he is not to touch the chain again, that if he needs service that he should notify you and you will take care of it.Additionally, there are devices you can get that will alert you if your toilet is running.
