37 and i have served 8 yrs you do get to see parts of the world that you may never see with out serving and make a lot of true friends .Also when you sign for your license at 18 your signing up for selective service if they need you but your right everyone entitled to on opinion of serve or not.

V, I agree with you, there is a great deal of resentment toward Americans, it's not just the GDP, it's also that we are seen in many poorer countries as influencing economic development with a select few in thier country and/or world wide, through our foreign policy and capitalist structure, which we do that through such competition keeps others from advancing.

If you don't select the right contract to use, say to reduce costs in the event of foreclosure under the laws of your state, you could get hung up in court trying to get possession of the property, or, it could be too that the borrower will not qualify for the future loan required because the paymenst were not structured properly allowing the required down payment to be established, both of these issue can come back on you.Matt, if you have questions you can contact me and I'll direct you to some information that will probably help (or answer your question).
