In New Orleans they changed a lot of the laws and added restrictions on Airbnb and obviously Corona happened to tourism so wondering if it still works if something happens to your ability to Airbnb?

From what I have observed, San Francisco has the most restrictive landlord laws in the country.

It becomes even more important if you want to leave your assets to minors or place restrictions on the beneficiaries.

Hi Brandon - I have a great lender that can do the 10% down lown for a second home, there are of course some restrictions on how often you are supposed to spend time in the home v. how much time you can rent it out. 

But lenders have overlays (additional rules/restrictions) and most (maybe all now) lenders will not allow sweat equity (self help).

Here's what your should be looking out for at your rental property: Scammers will sometimes list a rental property that isn't their own on Craigslist or another open listing site that has vert limited restrictions.

it's not restricted to agents and lenders, but that is certainly the target application (which I find works well here)

Assuming the current restrictions aren't extended, then I or my lawyer get to file in January 2021, along with all the other cases that have been building up for the past few months.
