I even give away my spreadsheets, business plan, contracts, etc.In addition, I've answered every single one of the thousands of emails I've gotten over the past two years, have had phone conversations with dozens of my readers and have gone to lunch with at least 30 different people who have invited me.From the point of view of learning how to flip houses, is there anything you can get in a guru seminar/course that I haven't covered on my blog, here on BiggerPockets, over the phone or in-person for ABSOLUTELY FREE?

Hey Vik,One thing you can do is contact real estate agents/brokers in your area to express your interest and have them bring properties to your attention to evaluate.Another is to Google something like commercial real estate auction and get on a mailing/emailing list for properties going to auction.
