With the amount of info crammed in these podcasts I'm sure that number will continue to increase at a rapid pace.

The 2008 crash actually started 2 years earlier, if you look at the charts prices peaked 2 years prior and started to drop until the big mortgage crisis in 2008 when they tanked very rapidly. 

Durham has been rapidly expanding for years, so it is in full drive mode to make the downtown areas more appealing, as well as able to accommodate more people. 

Hi Denver Landlords,With Denver's cost of living rapidly increasing and a lot of younger, more transient people moving into the city, I wanted to inquire regarding the thought of renting out a home by the room (separate lease per room).  

I am totally disinterested in rapid growth.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the city has experienced rapid change over the last few years.
