Lessons learned: A foundation warranty with measurements only along the outside may be hiding something.

I am still leaning towards closing it out and investing outside of the 401k.

Some of my real estate business goes outside of Henderson, but most of my clients have properties there.  

We are located in New Port Richey - outside of Tampa, FL - the market is going nuts!

@Rick Martin - if you are a "cash" investor (as in someone investing outside of a tax deferred/free account) and there are cash distributions (which assumes net income), then you can offset through depreciation.

First time this happened outside of putting out some traps.

I plan on airbnb the top floor, right now the entrance to upstairs is inside the house down a long hallway, so I'm going to have steps and a small deck so guests can access from outside.  

ex. kitchen, hallway, living room and outside entrances?

Currently, I am looking for deals in my local area, but am willing to look outside of that area.
