Here are some rough numbers we're seeing.Studio apartment $3000One bedroom $3200-3500Two bedroom $3500-4000Three bedroom $4500-5500Expenses are similar to STRs: utilities, consumable supplies, occasionally replacing broken or worn down household items and furniture, insurance, and the usual for any property such as maintenance, CAPEX, and taxes.

Of course satellite TV is available but really don't want dishes everywhere...ATT has old copper wires there for phone service that barely provide enough speed to do anything.

There are monthly HOA Fees that must be paid and HOAs occasionally to will pass Soecial Assessments thar are passed on to each Townhouse Owner, to cover special expenditures that the HOA Board of Directors may not have anticipated, or because the HOA Board of Directors are incompetent and do not operate the HOA as a company.
