I currently have numerous emails piling up but I can't figure out how to get them organized and into a database from income emails.I also try redirecting traffic to my website to capture their information there because I don't have bandwidth.

I'm curious if anyone knows of any good books or can recommend any blog posts/articles specifically about setting up your business accounts.

We have done this numerous times on our properties.

There are numerous Lease Management Software providers, but they are expensive and do far more than I need (e.g., I do not need to tack expenses, rent, etc.). 

Too many folks spend more time debating the numerous ways to structure things and miss deals in the process.  

I recently started thinking about using rental properties to supplement my income and eventually lead to something I could do full time.I recently moved to the Fort Worth area and while doing research I found an article that said Fort Worth and Dallas were 2 of the top 10 markets for REI.

I've found numerous exceptional empty lots on my county's tax website and by driving around.

@Terry Hughes...After all the discussions of the downturn in the oil market, and other real estate articles about increased vacancies in the commercial space (multifamily and office) in Houston, are you seeing an uptick in foreclosures in that market in other areas?
