Affordable Key Date and Email Alarm Software?

Any recommendations for Key Date and Email Alarm Software?  There are numerous Lease Management Software providers, but they are expensive and do far more than I need (e.g., I do not need to tack expenses, rent, etc.).  I am trying to find a system that I can insert the basic lease information and key dates, and have key date notifications emailed to me automatically.  My apologies if this should be in another forum.  Thx
