If it's out of state or remote than you need to network with good agents and investors in that area. 

So thankful this site found me and am very excited to start networking and getting things going!

The association will be designed as a networking opportunity for experienced Real Estate investors to share their knowledge, ideas and best practices.The first few meetings will be dedicated to working together to develop a format and create a plan for future meetings.The only requirements for the meetings will be1)All attendees must own at least 1 investment property2)ABSOLUTELY NO SELLING will occur at any time during the meetings.

My goal is to start networking and taking the steps I need to in order for me reach my goal of owning multiple high rise buildings as well as a few smaller multi unit properties.

That way you learn the ropes, get experience, get to network, put some successful deals under your belt and you risk very little.You should be working on your credit and debt to income, and you should always be learning more but you should be doing all of these things in addition to building your real estate career, not instead of building your real estate career.Work hard on all tracks of your life and you will succeed, not just some tracks.I hope this helps and good luck :)

Recently transplanted from North Pole to Wasilla.We are looking to expand our knowledge in real estate investing and network with other investors.We own 5 rentals and land.
