I am quite nervous because as someone else mentioned I may not get the financing I need to complete the project.

What is really making me nervous is the amount of money i need for closing and such. 

Owner is a bit older and I think is a bit nervous about the seller financing.

The nervousness that I am experiencing at this moment is similar to those that I had before I jumped off the high diving board at the local pool as a child.

On the rental side, cheaper prices means a lower down payment and more cash flow. did not mean you personally just making a general observation of those I see in the business over the last few decades they are very much driven by public sentiment.. and all it takes is one article like this and they get nervous.. and then its see I told you were where going to bubble and pop  LOL

@Gerald Barron I think once you consciously make a decision to invest in REI, that's when the stress sets in lol Before you stumbled into it, but now you have enough knowledge to know how bad some people have messed up - you're educated enough to be nervous!

Hopefully the negotiation goes smoothly but I am nervous about messing up.

I was super frustrated, and nervous, and ready to wholesale the deal.

I cant wait to get going on a deal im just a little nervous.

What makes me nervous is that I would buy this house using a line of credit, then maybe I wouldn't be able to refinance it into a mortgage because my debt to income ratio would be crazy in this scenario.
