[Short life story ]   Worked at Orange Julius, Verizon Wireless, did the 7 Year plan at Fresno State - decided in 2001 that I did not like working retail - bought the book that everyone on the podcasts mentions (Rich Dad Poor Dad) - and jumped right in via maxing my credit out buying SFR's in the tower district here in Fresno.
