he comes across to me as a grumpy old man. ive read his reviews and while some are dead on accurate, others are way off base. some of the people he's panned are actually legitimately good investors.

I'm over it this is pointless and there is no law that says you can't do a double escrow so wholesaling is completely legitimate.

However, I don't think it accurately depicts a true and successful wholesaler running a legitimate business.

There are so many scams out there, it's difficult to determine what is legitimate these days.

A legitimate business is needed in order to establish a 401k plan, which can be of any way, type or form: corporation, LLC, partnership or sole-proprietorship. 

Not that these aren't legitimate activities to profit from real estate, they just don't meet the definition of investing.
