I bought the property from a Wholeseller for 89K, so I am expecting to get at lease 20k back.

Or doing a lease option for a first purchase?

That would be a very good move, I'd also ask them to sign a new lease with you but you can't insist because you must honor their current contract.

Hello - I wanted to see if you folks knew of any other podcasts that focus on Lease Options/Rent To Own, Subject To...I currently subscribe to Joe McCall (Real Estate Mastery) and Chris Prefontaine (Smart Real Estate Coach), they are both great, just curious to see if there was anything else out there. 

Review their lease agreement and addendums.
