My wife brought up this idea to me the other day and it intrigued me since I've been interested in container homes for a while now and being a metal worker/welder I have the ability to do cutting and welding on the units.  

The AC compressor was in a cage, and it was just cut open.  

If my gut tingles, I know I'm going to 'cut' them.

This takes the guess work out for the borrower and for the bank so there are no surprises once the property is completed as well as cuts down on costs for the borrower since there is only one closing.

Compare 3 contractors prices and then become friends with as many as possible, they will start to cut you deals of you keep them busy.4in my opinion, finding deals and trusting your research is the hardest part.

good luck with it.. when we logged we had two types of show's One was a real estate cut.. the other was Max revenue cut.real estate cut was strategic to create home site view corridors  establish skids roads were the access for home site or home sites would go....

It cuts the profit model of owner occupied in half - at least.

Does anyone have an Inspector they have found to be really a cut above the rest?

Time and unpreparedness sharply and gradually cut into this margin.
