It depends on your cost per acre however in my area you get very little return on the income from the farming lease as the cost per acre is so high relative to what the going rate for a farming lease is.

As a landlord, how specific do you get and at what point, if any, does tenant become responsible fro treating the issue (other than communicating to the landlord of issues). 

They didn't resolve my issue yet, but at least someone acknowledge and will pass on the error message.

Mostly I just want a platform that reliably works for pre-screening, credit, background, leasing, payment, and reporting maintenance issues.

This can trigger unfavorable tax rates when the property is sold, plus there are potential loss limitations, transfer issues, distribution problems, etc.  

., If it's a reasonable, the capital call in my opinion is less of an issue than folding like a lawn chair. 

You bring up syndications at an interesting time, given the many established ones that are running into issues at the moment.  

Hey Chelsae, totally can relate with you being from an expensive real estate market - I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

Make sure that the plumbing issue is taken care of and the attic issue has been secured and is not still compromised.
