If not simply remind them of this fact that on the date the fence was constructed there were no bylaws disallowing the fence to be constructed in that way.Also state that any attempt to remove or modify the fence that was legally constructed will prompt legal action.On that note be sure to consult your own attorney and verify that.

SInce I posted my initial response I have spoken to 2 realtors who said there is no law saying you need to disclose that there was a death in a house for sale.The fact that someone died in a house IMO has no real revelance on a house being sold.

When I typed your initial and last name, I was given some threads where you posted, and from there the point Joshua Dorkin mentioned comes into play; beneath the user's avatar icon there is a link showing a number and the word "posts" - if you click that you see all the threads where that user participated.
