Your only other option is subprime unless you find some to get on the loan and you are added to the title until you have 2 y employment history to refinance it

There were some last-minute issues with the title but our RE attorney was great and resolved the issue in time for the early closing.Yesterday on the 3rd, I went to sign the paperwork with the property insurance agency at which time I was told they put the wrong address on the quote and after making the correction the premium went from $2,600 to $3,900 annually.

If I have my facts straight, in the event of a title issue, your company would have to come after you personally, and then you would have to look to the title insurer to make you whole.

Since there is no realtor and commissions involved I guess what im trying to get here is, what would be the 1,2,3 steps to close, for example (1. the EMD is now sent to the sellers title company etc etc..)
