Hey Bp,I am reading the Section 723 (Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies) in the Florida Statutes and it is unclear to me if they apply to tenants in park owned mobile homes as well as lot rent residents.

Are mobile homes worth buying and flipping as well?

Nothing specific at this time but I am always looking for a mobile home park if I can find a deal.
