Hey Bp,

I am reading the Section 723 (Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies) in the Florida Statutes and it is unclear to me if they apply to tenants in park owned mobile homes as well as lot rent residents. Can anyone clear this up or does anyone have a clear understanding of the Florida park owned mobile home tenant eviction procedure (with time frames)?
