If it's been three years, I'm going go on record and say it's ok to assume here that the bank owns it.The bank is ONLY going to acquire the property by foreclosure sale and ONLY judicially so while that may be what you meant, it's not that they CAN acquire by foreclosure sale, They DO acquire by foreclosure sale.
