You should take some time to read some books and analyze the market you will be investing in.Some books I would recommendCrushing it in Apartments and commercial real estate by Brian MurrayRich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert KiyosakiThe One Thing by Gary KellerThe Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary KellerOn your first flip - I would suggesting hiring a contractor to oversea the whole procedure.

If scaling sounds intriguing I reccomend  Scott trenches's,set for life book.

A favorite that I have started to do is look at your counties tax delinquent site and find multifamilies.

Hey all,I have been looking for the past 6 - 8 months at properties, reading books and listening to podcasts.

Dear BP Community,Would any of you have any suggestions of good books or other resources that I could access to learn the basics of commercial real estate investing? 

I recently found the Bigger Pockets world after reading Brandon's book "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and have been hooked on real estate investing ever since! 

Currently, I'm reading the Bigger Pockets books on investing out of state, and financing with no or low money down. 

Its been really interesting experience so far and  I am eagerly awaiting  @David Greene book, "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing"  any day now in the post.
