I thin it sounds like you really need to reverse engineer your financial goals and work in a backwards fashion to make a numbers based decision.

It is true that many poorer Americans don't have this type of ownership, but they vote for politicians who promise them handouts.

The government will do anything to protect "the American dream of homeownership."

My question has three main aspects:1) If you own multiple properties under multiple LLCs: If these LLCs are all operating in the precisely same fashion, but all share the same sole owner, won’t an attorney realize this and identify that there is a common entity (“piercing the corporate veil”)?

We are considering this applicant because all of our other applicants have also missed our criteria in one fashion or another.

One way to go about this is to call all of the utility companies and ask for a bill breakdown in a pro-rated fashion.

@Matthew Wright the long and short of it...If she has a doctor's note stating she needs a dog for mental health reason it's covered under the American Disabilities Act.
