Another thing I found to give me more peace is adding battery operated detectors in addition that are in a slightly different locations where they didn't false alarm (this was for a different tenant where the smoke detector always seemed to go off). they tried to comply.  

Because at this point in time myself and my lobbyist are drafting legislation to protect Hoosiers from any further moratoriums as well as trying to create a marketing campaign to enhance and EDUCATE the public of HOUSING PROVIDERS and the reality of the nature of our businesses.

@Nathan Leger I'd try to find someone you can partner with on your first deal to reduce your risk exposure and hopefully give you some peace of mind.

by telling them you live there and  although they have a unique look to them they are peaceful neighbors. and or you may need to motivate someone by having the best priced unit in the area.

I feel for them, but it will not bring any peace, they will be haunted by this forever.
