With an S-Corp election earnings are passed through to the owner in the form of wages and/or distributions and distributions aren't taxed for FICA and Medicare. 

The owner elected to have an appraisal done on the house before accepting or rejecting my offer.

I utilize them to locate pre-foreclosures.I use Redfin which is a little better but I think direct MLS access through your agent may be your best option unless you elect to become an agent yourself.
