For instance if you say "Must replace furnace" you need to provide the page of the report that says "Furnace unsatisfactory".Now if you really want to end it, you can always say "If you want I can provide the pages dealing with Lead based paint, Radon and Mold, but I didn't think your client would really want them because they have to disclose later".:)

I am sure there are, but Attorneys, generally, are ethically limited in their ability to reach out to prospective clients.

I'm finding it difficult to get started as there aren't many options or deals popping up.

Goals are to discuss my clients and well as my goals over the next three months and beyond.Working with the local professionals would be a plus as I look to make our city better with fellow residents.

I will probably ask them for references from current clients.

Beside working with clients, constantly interacting with our industry insiders helps to keep me current.

Since you're not starving, you can be more selective on which clients you work with.
