Tricky I believe asking them to sign a rental agreement or lease, plus background check etc. is ok with Airbnb as long as you say that in your description before they book.

I'll drill a little deeper.HUD defines residential properties. 2-4 units is a single family attached dwelling, that is with living units under the same roof and with common walls.1-4 single family detached dwellings are a single unit (house) or more detached units on the same legal description. 5 units and up are multi-family dwellings and as mentioned fall under commercial lending guidelines, these guidelines may be unique to a lender but follow common prudent lending practices.

Some items that came up so far:- Tracking/signing all work orders on an iPad for risk management (when crazy tenants want to sue)- One click ad postings to craigslist and other sites (just upload your pics, select and edit pre-made descriptions)- Automatic pre-screening of applicants- Wix-like website generation so your MHP has a professional looking site where applicants can apply.- Set blocks of time for open houses where applicants can register on their own (cutting out time on phone and showing property)Would you pay for this?

Hello:Judging by your description the pad (won't call it a slab here) was just poured to give the area a level base (like a pool equipment pad or a AC pad).

There must be mention of what collateral the note is secured with, typically a legal description in the original noteIf this is an assignment of an existing note, there should be a reference to the note that is being assigned.

A Memorandum of Sale is filed under the legal description of the property (where title companies look to see who owns) and states the parties have entered into a sale agreement concerning the property.
