Welcome @David Nemeth to BP.It is great to see another foreign member on the forum.I am from Australia and I wish there were more foreign investors on this forum as I am very confident it would at least half all of the horror stories going around with investors getting screwed by turn key companies offering the moon bit not even delivering a tiny rock.What rental returns does the German market offer?
