Marie Poe is correct you have to customize your marketing to the market your targeting.

This is the profession then have chosen and the customers they have chosen to represent.

I am looking for a downloadable marketing package to customize for myself for the property I am interested in purchasing 2-20 units.

CoreLogic has Realist that is mainly targeted to MLS customers.

My last car payment was on a '82 on a new Dodge custom van.....never again.

My new sites are custom word press sites coded from the ground up but I focus on commercial real estate.

I have educational experience in real estate from reading and attending forums, to dedication to growing wealth for generations to come.As a child I have always been amazed at various structures. houses and commercial buildings, and today starts a new journey.

However, I have been observing the landscape here and I find custom home building to be lucrative.

local community bank.. and local credit unions.. those are the one's that provide these facilities ... you usually need to be a customer and have a relationship with the bank. and you have to have some wherewithal all  IE significant cash in their institution or 2 or 3 years of tax return showing significant income.
