Through all of these various avenues, you should be able to get an idea of what type of investing interests you the most.  

I would love to help you out with things that I have learned and maybe we can bounce ideas off of each other too.

Given my limited amount of funds this may not be the best place to start, but I find the idea intriguing.

I'm still in the "Learning Phase" - picking up every book I can about real estate investing, listening to podcast/videos, and searching as much as I can for properties in the area to get an idea of the market.  

Then i go on their website & after Exhausting my efforts, seems you Either Must be a customer/Member of theirs to even Purchase these i Believe, Or POSSIVBLY WITH A REFERRAL FROM A MEMBER YOU CAN GET THEM OR AT LEAST GET A DISCOUNT ON BECOMING A MEMBER.B/C I See These as Extremely Valuable (your welcome if you do too)ID BE EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE TO ANY INSIGHT OR HELP.I INVEST IN SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN & APPRECIATE ANY THOUGHTS OR HELP IN OBTAINING A MAP..(..As $2-600 is far too much for a little map.)Thank you Again for your time, & i Really Hope this helped some others out with the idea.

I understand that most lenders will not loan on a property in an irrevocable trust, and I am looking for help in finding one.Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to help him avoid the inevitable foreclosure if he doesn't payoff the loan?

@Keith Kaufman You have the right idea for rental properties. the NE and NW, in my opinion, provide the best opportunities for cash flow and appreciation. 

You will hear lots of great ideas and get some great wisdom.Right now I am looking North of PBC these days.
