I found a duplex in Scranton PA its 1930's 6 beds/2bath per side in a decent neighborhood close to schools hospitals ect and it listed for $139,000 I can get him to around  $120,000.

Would be nice if employers promoted self directed options but of course the Human Resources departments are in bed with the financial institutions that sell funds .It would be cool to see employees getting together and funding local projects something similar to syndication or crowdfunding .

One important thing to consider though is that not all criteria are actually "filterable" (if that's a word).I can filter on all the usual things like # of beds, baths, garage spaces and dozens more.
