What tips might you have for negotiating a deal on new construction? 

Get the most mileage you can out of this + a blog and then when you are at a tipping point or losing proven business because of your lack of a fully spun website, jump to one of the big hosting and design companies.

If anyone has any tips or tricks or advise for single family homes investing please message me or comment cause I’m a little nervous to get started.
