Hey guys I'm looking at some mobile home parks for the first time and seeing 10+ cap rates and 20%+ cash on cash returns.

So as far I know, technically, they are only mobile homes if they are pre-1976.I use 'mobile homes' for ease of conversation.HOWEVER!!!...
