Hey fellas. I have a couple of questions if anyone would be kind enough to answer them:

Does anyone know of any meetings where I can network with park owners in the area?

And does anyone know what kind of park you can buy for around 200-230k in Casas Adobes or Catalina Foothills? I'm talking typical cap rates and number of spaces with that last question.
