Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

We would need to learn all things creative, starting with how to pull numbers on a subject, is this a good deal, how would  move this deal to an investor, ect.We have looked into Pace Morbys course however, we are a brand new business and we are not in the place to drop $12k on a course.

Apparently a trifecta to ensure I pay as much for an insurance premium as possible.Does anyone know a good insurance company that insures higher risk homes for a good price?

Not every project will use the exact same ratios, if you're doing a flip and everything is brand new than you probably don't need much for cap x, but if it's an old house needing repairs than that will likely need to be higher.
