@Collin S.You are entitled to a deduction that is ordinary and necessary(and reasonable) to your business.Real estate taxes, mortgage interest, insurance, repairs, airbnb commission, cleaning, supplies, depreciation are going to be your key deductions.

Or you can become a broker and work in Beverly HIlls Manhattan San Francisco Seattle North side Chicago and other high priced markets and have zero risk and make huge commissions.. my wife who just does starter real estate is already at 9.9 million for the year in sales.. you can do the math on that one.. with NO risk and with her experience ZERO Money in advertising.. other than flyers and some basics for her listings..

They will not have to pay the broker commission, they can spread out their income, close quickly, and make more money on the interest charged or wait on any other financing.
