@Collin S.You are entitled to a deduction that is ordinary and necessary(and reasonable) to your business.Real estate taxes, mortgage interest, insurance, repairs, airbnb commission, cleaning, supplies, depreciation are going to be your key deductions.

If a wholesaler approached me with a deal for my rehabbers/client, I would not try to elicit a commission on that deal.  

Depending on the tenant, they may be in a position to buy the house and it would save you commission.

They will not have to pay the broker commission, they can spread out their income, close quickly, and make more money on the interest charged or wait on any other financing.
