A quilt or throw "of many colors"  would be fun. 

Use one color scrubbable paint on the walls that you can touch up on turnover, probably eggshell or flat.  

right off the bat, I agree the bright blue color is very love/hate... and i agree.. seeing a dumpster, lawn mower and weeds in the walk path don't make people pay top dollar.  

I paid approx 3900 for brand name new unit in a 1400sqft prop (some of that included a bit of duct work).

They make a color called "ceiling white" but I just go with untinted because it can be returned if you order too much (unopened cans, etc.) as it's not a custom color.

Here is the break down of estimate we got yesterday from Window City:- 205 Tru Lock/Normal size @200 each = $49,200- 39 Picture windows @275 each = $10,725- 4 Specialty large store front windows @500 each = $2,000- 46 Glass block for basement windows @200 each = $9,200The prices included wrapping windows with matching color aluminum.

But I will give my 2 cents as I have bought and built up 3 full time airbnb's out in my market, and learned a lot in the process.The furnishings and interior design of your space is extremely important, and that is because when people are shopping for a short term rental, they look at the photos first, and often if the cover photo isn't perfect, they won't even scroll through to entertain the rest of your photos and listing.With that being said, my approach with furnishings was always:  -Modern  -Color  -AmenitiesThings wear out pretty fast in an airbnb, so I used IKEA for most of my furniture.

I do have some extra but need more, Cant find the tiles that match the same color at HD or Lowes. 

Even though I havent meet a mechanical guy that hasnt complained about install ducts in tight spaces.

They usually color code them on the maps by time since sale.
