I don’t think you’d even have to lie to a contractor, call a couple of them and say I’d like to know how much it’s going to cost me to fix certain areas of my house I’m willing to pay 100 for a bid.

@Rosaria Pipitone Yes, you can certainly ask if a tenant has been evicted, but understand they will lie to you.

I texted him to send me proof of all the receipt since he claimed materials were pre ordered but he was just fooling us and thinking we were dumb enough not to catch his lies everyday.
